		<description><![CDATA[i love trail mixes.. and i totally get u about losing control when it comes to snacks.. that&#039;s why i kinda portion out my daily portion of trail mix the night before and bring it to work. by the time i go home/or by lunch time, it&#039;s gone. When i reach for my trail mix stash at home, i&#039;ll know that i&#039;ve had my day&#039;s portion, so even if i do snag a little extra from the stash, i know how i should limit myself!]]></description>

But i&#039;d say do notttt measure your snacks if you feel like you can gauge it pretty well!! You know what works for you! :) And that trail mix sounds like perfection. My mom always has that kind stocked at our house. All the cashews, dried crans and chocolate chips are just amazinggg in oatmeal! Try it?! You&#039;ll love! Promise. :) 

And yum. I LOVE mexican food, and anything spicy so that quesadilla obviously sounds delicious right about now. Have a great thurs girl!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[It is possible for some people to intuitively snack without portioning anything out.  Not completely possible for me, or at least not yet.  I can do it with easy things like fruit and veggies, but not things like nuts, cereal, and crackers.
